The Starlight is a re-polished diamond, blast from the past and place to be...To me it has everything that I enjoy in that it's friendly & funky, intriguing, historical, and very comfortable. Ricky the bartender is also a gem!

Me and my friend stayed at Starlight for a girls weekend and absolutely loved it!...The rooms were amazing and we loved all the small touches down to the lighting, cute refrigerator, and coffee machine. I highly recommend it for any couples, families and girls wanting to have a weekend away!

This place is amazing!! Self check-in was so cool, never seen that before!! Being a mom of two, I found it so helpful that all you need is a code to unlock your door. Probably one of the best beds, I’ve ever slept on at a hotel...Such a great hotel for an affordable price !

Hands down the cutest retro style location with some of the most affordable rates in Charleston!!..Gotta shout out the amazing bar. The drinks were super affordable and the bartenders are very chill. About 10 minutes outside of the city and well worth the ride. You will have a good time, guaranteed!

Loved our stay at Starlight Motor Inn...The room was so comfortable and the beds amazing. We were happy with the location being outside of downtown because we discovered Park Circle just minutes from the hotel with amazing restaurants, live music, and shops. The drive into downtown is an easy 10 minutes.

If I could give it more stars, I would! The rooms are so cute!! The style of our room and decor was so refreshing compared to other hotels in the area. The bathroom was also super nice!..We're definitely coming back to the Starlight!

Just spent 3 days at the Starlight and what a treat. Big spacious shower with quality fittings and very comfortable beds and pillows. Giant TV with streaming and cool fridge. Everyone was friendly and happy to chat. Bus stop to downtown outside the motel. The best place we stayed in by far on our American holiday. And the best value.
